-  Fabric by the yard will be shipped within 1-3 business days
-  Pillows will be shipped within 2-3 weeks
-  Drapery Panels will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks
-  All Packages are shipped via USPS.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost in transit by the postal service. We ship orders to the address that is provided to us by the customer.

We do not accept returns. Once the fabric has been ordered and we have cut it, it is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or refunded. We strongly suggest purchasing a sample to ensure that the material will work for your project.

If your package is held up in custom you are responsible for claiming it. If it is not claimed, your package will be sent back to us and you will need to pay return shipping for us to send it again.
